Quick answers

Before you book

Booking, tokens, payments and refunds, in plain words.

How does booking an appointment work?

Find a doctor, pick a time slot that suits you and confirm. Your booking reserves that slot and gives you a token number. Check-in opens 30 minutes before your slot, and you check in at the clinic by scanning its QR code.

What is a token number?

It is your place in the doctor's queue. It is not a guarantee of a specific waiting time, because doctors can run late. When a doctor tells us they are running late, we pass that on and update your expected time.

How do I pay for a consultation?

The consultation fee is set by the doctor. You can pay online when you book, or at the clinic when you arrive, where the doctor offers that. Online payments are processed by Razorpay, and we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. You can cancel any upcoming appointment from the app up until its scheduled time. You can also move it to another available slot with the same doctor, and your payment carries over to the new appointment, so nothing is refunded or charged again.

Cancellation Policy
When do I get a refund?

A fee paid online is refundable when the appointment does not happen: you cancelled before it was due, the doctor cancelled, or it was recorded as missed. Request the refund from the appointment in the app. The doctor approves it, and the money goes back to the account you paid from. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to show the credit.
