Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 22 September 2026
How appointments and subscriptions can be cancelled, by you and by us.
Cancelling an appointment
- You can cancel any upcoming appointment from the app, up until its scheduled time.
- Once the time has passed, an appointment can no longer be cancelled — it is recorded as completed or missed.
- Cancelling frees the slot for another patient, so please do it as early as you can.
- Where you paid online, cancelling before the appointment makes the fee refundable. See the Refund Policy.
Rescheduling
You can move an appointment to another available slot with the same doctor instead of cancelling. A reschedule keeps your payment against the new appointment, so nothing is refunded or charged again.
Arriving late
Check-in opens 30 minutes before your slot. If you have not checked in by your slot time, the doctor may see the next patient first. Your appointment is not cancelled automatically, but your place in the queue is not held indefinitely.
When a doctor cancels
- Doctors sometimes cancel — emergencies, illness, or a clinic closure.
- You are notified immediately, in the app and by email.
- Anything you paid online is refunded in full.
- You can book another slot with the same doctor, or a different one, at no extra cost from us.
Cancelling a subscription
- Doctors and clinics can cancel their plan at any time from the subscription page.
- Cancelling stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- After that the profile stops appearing in search and no new bookings arrive. The account, past appointments and records remain accessible.
- Subscribing again means authorising a new payment mandate — a cancelled one cannot be reinstated.
