Terms and Conditions

Doctor App is an appointment booking platform. We help patients find doctors and clinics, book a time slot, join a queue and check in. We are not a healthcare provider. We do not give medical advice, diagnose, prescribe, or employ the doctors listed on the platform.

Any consultation is between the patient and the doctor. Clinical judgement, treatment and record-keeping are theirs alone.

• You must be 18 or older to hold an account. An adult may book on behalf of a child or dependant.
• The details you give us — name, phone number, medical information — must be accurate. Doctors rely on them.
• Doctors and clinics must hold valid registration to practise, and must supply their registration details for verification before they can be listed.

• A booking reserves a slot and a token number with that doctor. It is not a guarantee of a specific waiting time.
• Doctors can run late. Where they tell us, we pass that on and update your expected time.
• Check-in opens 30 minutes before your slot. Arriving late may cost you your place in the queue.
• A doctor or clinic may cancel an appointment — for an emergency, illness or unavailable equipment. Where you paid online, that payment is refunded.

Consultation fees are set by the doctor, not by us. You can pay online at the time of booking, or at the clinic when you arrive, where the doctor offers that.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Money collected online for a consultation is passed to the doctor, less any platform fee agreed with them.

• Listing a practice and taking bookings requires an active subscription plan. Current prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• New subscriptions may include a free trial. Where they do, the trial length is shown at checkout and nothing is charged until it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically through the mandate you authorise, until you cancel.
• Without an active plan you keep access to your account and records, but your profile is not shown to patients and you cannot receive new bookings.

Some profiles are directory listings for doctors who have not joined the platform. These are compiled from publicly available sources, marked as not onboarded, and cannot be booked — a patient can only call the clinic. If you are listed and want the entry corrected or removed, write to support@accessai.co and we will action it.

• Book appointments you do not intend to attend, or make bookings in someone else's name without their knowledge.
• Impersonate a doctor, or list a practice you are not authorised to represent.
• Scrape, copy or resell listings, patient data or any other content from the platform.
• Interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use it for anything unlawful.

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the outcome of any consultation, for a doctor's conduct or availability, or for indirect losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts patients at risk. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and the date at the top will change.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
