- How does the free trial work?
- Your first 1 month on Doctor App is free. You add a card when you subscribe, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Do you take a commission on consultations?
- No. When a patient pays online, the whole consultation fee goes to you. The subscription is the only thing you pay us.
- Can I switch plans or cancel?
- Yes, any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- What happens if my plan lapses?
- You keep your account and records, but your profile is hidden from patients and new bookings pause until you renew. Bookings already made are not affected.
